Admission

A detachable application form is available in the prospectus.

The form duly filled & complete in all respects must be submitted before the due date along with the following:

• A certified copy of the latest Progress Report from the school last attended.
• Original school Leaving Certificate (from the school last attended).
• Child's Birth Certificate (Municipality Original).
• Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
• Certificates in support of achievements in co-curricular, games/extracurricular, and cultural activities.
• Two copies of the student's passport size photograph.
• Photo copy of Pan card or Aadhar Card of the Mother, Father and Child.
• Residential proof (Ration Card / Society bill etc.).
• Bonafide Certificate from the respective school in case of sibling.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

To safeguard the interests of students and ensure the timely issuance of the Leaving Certificate, the following Withdrawal Policy shall be strictly adhered to:

1. Withdrawal Application
   A withdrawal application shall be considered valid only if:

   • The prescribed withdrawal application/form is duly signed by both parents/guardian as registered in the school records and physically submitted to the school.
   • The withdrawal application/form is sent by registered post, duly signed by both parents/guardian as per school records.
   • A scanned copy of the withdrawal application/form, duly signed by both parents/guardian and sent as an email attachment, shall be accepted.

   However, withdrawal communicated only through email text or verbal communication shall not be considered valid. 

2. Date of Withdrawal
   The date of withdrawal shall be the date on which the withdrawal application/form is:
   • a. Physically submitted to the school, or
   • b. Received by the school in case it is sent by registered post or email.
3. Student Status
   The student shall continue to remain on the rolls of the school until the date of:
   • a. Physical submission of the withdrawal application/form, or
   • b. Physical receipt by the school in case of registered post/email.
4. Absence Not Considered Withdrawal
   Absence of a student from the school whether from the beginning of the academic session or during the academic year shall not be treated as withdrawal.
5. Verbal Withdrawal Not Accepted
   Withdrawal communicated verbally shall not be accepted or treated as a valid withdrawal application.
6. Intimation of Intent
   Any verbal or written intimation expressing an intention to withdraw, either immediately or at a future date, shall not be treated as an official withdrawal application unless submitted as per the procedure stated above.

1. Old Students (Up to 31st March)

• Clear all outstanding dues, and
• Be eligible for a refund of caution money, subject to adjustment against any claims, if applicable.

2. Withdrawal During the Academic Year

• Students (both old and new admissions) withdrawing between 01st April and 15th of any month shall be liable to pay all applicable fees from 01st April to the 15th of that month.
• If the withdrawal takes effect from the 16th of any month, fees for the entire month shall be payable.
• In case of new admissions, the Admission Fee shall not be refundable.
• Caution money, subject to adjustment against any dues or claims, shall be refunded or adjusted accordingly.
