The Yoga classes are conducted in a bright and airy room during monsoons and in our gardens during clear days.
Boys and girls receive training in Taekwondo from qualified trainers and compete in District and Zonal competitions.
Training in martial arts is imparted to boys and girls by qualified and trained experts. Students compete in domestic and international meets and at annual competitions to reach successive levels.
Training in safety and self defence is provided to students from the Primary section. Qualified coaches impart Judo training to students. Appropriate uniform and floor mats are provided for the sessions. Students compete at annual competitions to upgrade their level.
Each school on the Campus has an adequate number of Table Tennis Tables.
We have two world class Squash Courts, constructed to World Squash Court Federation specifications.
An indoor mini Gym with all necessary equipment is available to keep the students in a fit shape.
To instill the spirit of adventure amongst children from an early age, we have a 35 ft high and 50 ft wide Indoor Rock Climbing Wall, with seven routes of varying degree difficulty and a speed climbing route. Trained instructors make it a very safe and memorable adventure experience for the students.
There are two synthetic floodlit badminton courts.
Boys and Girls teams are coached in Softball and Baseball to compete in interschool competitions and Sports and Games Federation of India meet.
The School has an arrangement with The Club located behind HMPS to allow our students to learn swimming in their pool. Students learn swimming under a qualified coach.
Floor exercises, Spring boards, Pummel Horse, Parallel Bars, Malkhamb and other Gymnastics exercises are taught in the multi-purpose hall. Skilled participants are identified and coached for National tournaments.
On clear days students enjoy Yoga in the lap of nature in our lush green garden. Classes are also conducted under the cool shade of the trees.
Training in skating is imparted to boys and girls under supervision of trained coaches.
Students from Std.5th to 10th are coached by trainers of National repute in the use of Compound Bow, Recurve Bow and the Indian Bow to compete in interschool competitions and Sports and Games Federation of India meet.
The huge ground serves as training base for students for athletic events. Cross country races, track events, High Jump, Long Jump, Javelin Throw, Shot Put, Ball Throw and other events are regularly conducted.
The campus has a spacious cricket ground with several net practice units. Efficient coaches select and train students for Harris Shield and Giles Shield Tournaments and other interschool matches.
Two football grounds coupled with passionate coaches has led to the creation of the Boys and Girls U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16 and U-19 teams. Students are coached before and after school for District and State level tournaments.
The campus has 2 Volleyball courts. Juniors’ and Seniors’ teams are coached by trained coaches for various competitions.
The campus has 12 synthetic, flood lit international standard Tennis Courts. Coaching is provided on nominal charges.
The Campus has four synthetic floodlit Basket Ball Courts of International standard. Trained coaches ensure correct techniques are taught to the students.
